IMPLEMENTATION OF SEVEN HABITS OF HIGHLY
EFFECTIVE PEOPLE IN PHYSICS INSTRUCTIONAL FOR
CONSTRUCTING THE LEADERSHIP OF STUDENT

ABSTRACT
This paper discusses about the innovation method of teaching and learning of physics instructional by implementing seven habits of highly effective people in the school. Nowadays, leadership is needed for being success in career. Thus, it is necessary for constructing the leadership of students in the school. Physics instructional should involve cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspect, so that the leadership can be constructed early. This paper is based on literature review. Where the ideas are constructed through some sources e.g. books, journals, and internet. An integration physics instructional and seven habits of highly effective people e.g. be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win-win, seek first to understand, then to be understood, synergize, and sharpen the saw can be implemented in the school. For example, when the students have experiment class, they can implement begin with the end in mind and put first thing first. The teacher can observe what student does in the classroom or in the laboratory based on seven habits of highly effective people. By implementing them the student can develop the leadership skills and give positive impact for the future. The achievement can be assessed by test and non-test. This paper can be developed in another instructional.
